Opera has revealed Opera Air, a brand-new web browser that incorporates health and mindfulness elements right into the surfing process. The browser's goal is to assist users in controlling their stress and staying focused when using the internet.

Breathing techniques, meditation sessions, and binaural beats are just a few of the wellness elements that the Norwegian browser manufacturer has integrated into Opera Air. The two primary functionalities that allow users to access these features are "Take a Break" and "Boosts."

The "Take a Break" option provides three to fifteen minutes of guided workouts, such as complete body scans, breathing techniques, and meditation. While surfing, users may program reminders to take thoughtful pauses.

The "Boosts" function of Opera Air uses binaural beats technology, which modifies brainwave activity by playing slightly different frequencies in each ear. Among the default choices available to users are "Creativity Boost," "Energised Focus," and "Deep Relaxation." With sessions ranging from 15 minutes to an infinite amount of time, the function also lets users choose background music, natural sounds, and volume levels.

Opera claims that while adding these wellness elements in a non-disruptive manner, the browser is made to preserve its essential characteristics. Features like the "Focused Calm" boost, which combines nature sounds with Alpha 8Hz rhythms to enhance focus, let users to continue working or browsing.
