WHATSAPP BUSINESS DIRECTORY

In order to present the WhatsApp business directory, a new useful tool that enables users to identify companies by browsing for a given category from within WhatsApp, we produced an article last year. After making a request to join the WhatsApp business directory, those establishments will be listed, and clients may then use the directory to look for eateries, stores, and establishments.

Earlier today, WhatsApp CEO Will Cathcart tweeted that users in a few more countries would be able to search for businesses using the WhatsApp business directory:

The "Discover Businesses" shortcut may be found in the contacts list when you start WhatsApp, as seen in this screenshot from the most recent blog post on the company's website. However, keep in mind that this function is only accessible in Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, Mexico, and the UK. Additionally, only certain companies are eligible to apply to the WhatsApp business directory, but users may still look for small and medium-sized companies in Brazil, where the functionality has already been made available.

Users who install the most recent WhatsApp for Android and iOS versions are eligible to access the WhatsApp business directory in a few specific regions. Likely, WhatsApp intends to expand the availability of the company directory to other nations in the future; as always, we'll update this page with fresh information when it becomes available.
