Prior to the introduction of the rumoured device in China, the iQoo Neo 7S Racing Edition details have been leaked. Although the precise launch date has not yet been revealed, the processor and other important features have already appeared online. The smartphone is rumoured to be powered by a 5000mAh battery, an OIS-equipped camera, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC. According to reports, the gadget would come pre-installed with Android 13 and the company's OriginOS UI.
Tipster Mukul Sharma posted the specs, battery, and camera information on Twitter. He said that a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC with with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage will power the future iQoo Neo 7S Racing Edition. Additionally, it is said to allow for up to 24GB of memory by "expanding" virtual RAM by an extra 8GB utilising unused storage.
He also states that the gadget would come pre-installed with Android 13 and the company's overlay OriginOS 3 on top. Additionally, it's said that the iQoo Neo 7S Racing Edition will have a camera that supports optical image stabilisation (OIS).
The device will reportedly include a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilisation, according to a prior rumour (OIS). Additionally, a flat AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate is anticipated for the iQoo Neo 7 Racing Edition. A selfie camera will be housed in a hole-punch cutout in the centre of the display. A 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging capabilities will also power the phone.
In the meanwhile, the iQoo 11 debut in India will happen on January 10. According to reports, Nipun Marya, CEO of iQoo India, has confirmed that the iQoo 11 Pro won't be unveiled in India on that day. On December 8, the iQOO 11 and iQoo 11 Pro were introduced in China. They are powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
