According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy A13 will soon receive the One UI 5.0 upgrade in a number of Asian and European nations. The Samsung cheap smartphone was introduced in March of this year with the One UI 4.1 layer over Android 12. The device is reportedly getting its first OS upgrade in the shape of One UI 5.0, which is based on Android 13. Two additional OS upgrades for the phone are slated for later. Over forty-two security flaws have apparently been fixed in the most recent update for the phone.

SamMobile reports that the Samsung Galaxy A13's firmware version A135FXXU2BVL2 is receiving the stable One UI 5.0 upgrade based on Android 13. The update is rumoured to feature the November 2022 security patch, which resolves over 40 phone security flaws.

Users of the Samsung Galaxy A13 are apparently receiving the One UI 5.0 update, which is based on Android 13, in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Croatia, France, Georgia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and the UK.

A few UI design changes, such as an enlarged Color Palette, bigger notification icons, and better blur effects in the notifications section, will be included in the upcoming One UI 5.0 upgrade in addition to new features and performance enhancements. The animation, transition performance, fast setting toggles, stacked widgets, and new lock screen customisation are all reportedly improved for Galaxy A13 users. Along with these, the smartphone's standard applications from the firm, including Camera, Gallery, My Files, Samsung Internet, and Samsung Keyboard, have also been upgraded.

The update also gives Galaxy A13 users access to kaomojis, new emojis, animated emoji pairings, and augmented reality emojis. Additionally, the spacebar row on the keyboard may now be customised. Users of the Galaxy A13 may manually check for the update by going to the Settings app on their phones, according to the report. They must navigate to Software update > Download and instal in the Settings app. Users are advised to use a steady Wi-Fi network to apply the update.
