According to reports, the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) database does not contain the Nothing Ear 2 TWS earbuds. The organisation, helmed by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, is developing a new set of earbuds to replace the Nothing Ear 1, which was introduced in 2017. Its inclusion in the Bluetooth SIG database suggests that earphones will soon be available. Additionally, the business introduced the Nothing Stick TWS earbuds in October of last year for a price of Rs. 7,299 in India.

A new item from the Nothing brand is reportedly featured on the Bluetooth SIG registry under the model number Nothing B155, according to a report by 91Mobiles. The Nothing Ear 2 earphones are thought to be the object. Although the Nothing Ear 2 is just mentioned in passing in the Bluetooth SIG database, it appears that the new earphones will enable Bluetooth 5.2 connection.

Earlier renderings of the Nothing Ear 2 TWS earbuds, exhibiting the design and certain features, were also leaked. According to the leaked pictures, the future earbuds will have a semi-transparent casing similar to the Nothing Ear 1 model. The Nothing logo was not present on the stem of the earphones in the renderings, but Ear 2 branding was. The inside side of the earbuds had a white covering.

In contrast, Nothing Ear Stick TWS earphones, which were introduced earlier this year, have a more ergonomic shape and are lighter than Nothing Ear 1. The charging case is said to provide up to 29 hours of energy life, while the earbuds have a battery life of up to 7 hours on a single charge. The Nothing Ear Stick carrying case has a twist-open mechanism. Additionally, it has 12.6mm dynamic drivers and is certified IP54 for resistance to perspiration, water, and dust. In-ear detection is another characteristic of the earbuds.
