The Xiaomi 13 series is expected on December 11. Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro will be part of the forthcoming flagship range. Along with these devices, the Chinese tech giant is also anticipated to introduce MIUI 14, Xiaomi Buds 4, and Xiaomi Watch S2. It just published a commercial film anticipating the Xiaomi 13 Pro's appearance. The phone will include a camera module with a square shape and three image sensors. The video also makes it seem like this smartphone will be built to last.

Xiaomi recently teased the release of the Xiaomi 13 Pro in a promotional video on Weibo. It showcases the phone's green colour option, which looks to have a curved screen. There is a back camera module with a square form that houses three image sensors. Leica branding is also present on the module.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro is utilised in the video in a variety of weather situations, including rain, snow, and mud. Notably, Xiaomi has already disclosed that the Xiaomi 13 standard has an IP68 grade for water and dust protection. This flagship device may therefore provide a comparable level of endurance.

The promotional video also implies that this smartphone would have excellent low-light photography capability. A Sony IMX989 1-inch primary image sensor that has been optimised for Leica is verified to be included in the Xiaomi 13 Pro. A 75mm Leica telephoto lens with an f/2.0 aperture will also be available.

Previously, the Xiaomi 13 series was supposed to make its debut on December 1 in China. However, a day before the scheduled date, it was postponed. Then, on Thursday, the Chinese tech giant said that its flagship range will now debut on December 11. The brand-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, along with fast LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage, will power these forthcoming smartphones.
