On January 5, Xiaomi will introduce the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G in India, where it will be available alongside the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G. The business said on Monday that the Note 12 series will include its midrange smartphone when it launches in the nation. The Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro, and Note 12 Pro Plus are all part of the Note 12 series, which debuted for the first time in China back in October. According to Redmi's teaser picture, the Note 12 Pro 5G will include a 120Hz AMOLED display, a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, and a 50-megapixel main camera.
The triple back camera system of the phone is shown in the teaser image posted on the Redmi website, which also confirms the launch date of January 5. The Redmi teaser focuses on the photography features of the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, making reference to a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilisation functionality. It's noteworthy that the Redmi Note 12 Pro + 5G will also be on sale that day.
The forthcoming phone, according to the firm, would also include a "flagship haptic experience" and be the thinnest Redmi Note Pro device ever.
On October 27, the Redmi Note 12 series made its debut in China. The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G is priced at CNY 1699 (about Rs. 19,300) for the base 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant, while there is no information on the price in India. Redmi has not said if the phone would be offered in India with other colour options and RAM + internal storage combinations.
