Android 13 is purportedly being updated for the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20. The Nokia XR20 5G, Nokia G50 5G, Nokia G11 Plus, Nokia X20 5G, and Nokia X10 5G will be the first five phones to receive the upgrade to the most recent version of Google's Android operating system, according to HMD Global. The two entry-level phones in the company's portfolio, the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20, are the first to get the Android 13 upgrade, along with the newest firmware version, security updates, and a few new features.
The Nokia X20 has gotten firmware version V3.270, while the Nokia X10 has received firmware version V3.270, according to a report by Gizmochina. According to the source, both devices have also received Google's November security updates.
New themed app icons will be included in the Android 13 update for the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 to match the colour and style of the user's chosen wallpaper. Users will get access to features like a new photo picker, a new notification permission for applications, and new multimedia controls, much as with other phones that have been upgraded to Android 13.
Nokia advises customers to utilise Wi-Fi to download the 2.34GB Android 13 update for the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 by navigating to the Settings app on their phone and selecting Software update > Download and install.
Nokia also intends to upgrade the Nokia X30 5G, Nokia C31, and Nokia G60 5G, which were introduced earlier this year in September at IFA 2022, to Android 13. The devices, which had already received the Android 12 upgrade, were found on the Android Enterprise Recommended (AER) list, although the update is supposedly coming later.
