Earlier this month, Qualcomm's newest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC-powered Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro were introduced in China. The Xiaomi 13 range is now anticipated to arrive in international markets from the Chinese tech titan in 2019. It is also anticipated that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be included in the worldwide portfolio. The performance of its periscope camera, according to a trustworthy tipper, will "startle everyone." There isn't much else known about this phone right now, however rumours claim that it could include fast LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

In a tweet, tipster Kartikey Singh (@That Kartikey on Twitter) claimed that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will include a significantly enhanced periscope camera. He has previously asserted that Samsung had become complacent regarding the Galaxy S series cameras' ability to zoom.

Singh thinks that one of Samsung's rivals may surpass it in 2023. The source avoided going into any specifics on the periscope camera on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, though. This forthcoming Xiaomi phone could have a superior camera zoom capability than the 3x and 10x optical zoom capabilities of the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

In related developments, tipster Digital Chat Station has allegedly revealed the Xiaomi 13 Ultra's storage and RAM configuration specifications. This smartphone could include 512GB or 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage in addition to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM.

The Xiaomi 13 series, which includes the standard Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro, was just released in China by Xiaomi. The Pro model's triple rear cameras have a 50-megapixel, 1-inch Sony IMX989 main sensor as its focal point. A 50-megapixel wide-angle sensor and a 50-megapixel floating 75mm telephoto sensor are also included. On the front, it also has a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
