WhatsApp is now working on a makeover for a different area of the app after making a few small changes to the UI. In particular, we learned that WhatsApp intends to reorganise the area where we may control vanishing messages for your account in a subsequent version of the programme, thanks to the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.24.6 update:
This section, which is currently accessible in WhatsApp Settings > Privacy > Default Message Timer, will undergo a complete redesign and be renamed to "Disappearing messages" in the future. The user will find it simpler to apply the default message timer to new chats and to set the timer for ongoing conversations as a result of the new interface.
