A successor to the Sony Xperia 10 IV is rumoured to be in the works and might debut shortly. The business hasn't formally disclosed any information on this smartphone. The alleged primary features of this Sony smartphone, however, have been revealed on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC is most likely to be found inside the Sony Xperia 10 V. Additionally, a 6.1-inch full-HD+ OLED display is rumoured to be included.
A Reddit user noticed the supposed Sony Xperia 10 V specifications. It is rumoured to have a 6.1-inch OLED screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio and full-HD+ (1,080x2,520 pixels) resolution. This Sony smartphone may have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC inside. This chipset, which was introduced in September of this year, can support full-HD+ displays with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The smartphone may also have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Xperia 10 IV, its predecessor, debuted with the same storage and RAM setup. Last but not least, the Xperia 10 V is probably going to come with a 5,150mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.
Sony has yet to formally acknowledge the existence of this smartphone, hence its remaining characteristics are unclear. Recall that the 6-inch full-HD+ OLED display on the Xperia 10 IV has a refresh rate of 60Hz. It has a Snapdragon 695 SoC and comes pre-installed with Android 12.
The triple rear cameras of the Xperia 10 IV include a 12-megapixel primary camera and two 8-megapixel secondary sensors. On the front of this smartphone is an 8-megapixel selfie camera. It comes with a powerful 5,000mAh battery. There includes a 3.5mm headphone connector and a USB Type-C port. Additionally, it supports NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, and dual-band Wi-Fi wireless networking.
