A new optional subscription plan called WhatsApp Premium will be made available to businesses, as we previously stated four months ago. With the help of this plan, companies may take advantage of extra features including the capacity to attach up to 10 devices to their accounts and the opportunity to design unique business links. With regard to the final feature, managing certain chats from a specific device would also be helpful for large enterprises, which is why WhatsApp is working to make it possible to link talks to specific devices!

When the new function is made available for the business account, as seen in this screenshot, a tooltip appears to alert the user about it. The list of your linked devices will appear when you want to assign a certain chat to a particular linked device, allowing you to choose the appropriate device. The assigned chats will be marked on the chosen device, making it clear to the user that they have to manage those conversations.

This is a business function, and it appears that it won't be included in the subscription plan, thus any businesses can use it for free. Since this is a commercial product, normal WhatsApp accounts won't be able to use it. The same feature will eventually be made accessible on WhatsApp beta for Android and Desktop beta as well, even if the screenshot was obtained from WhatsApp beta for iOS.

This function is being worked on and will be added to an upcoming app update. As always, when there is new information to share with you, we'll keep you informed.
