WhatsApp has now launched the 22.19.75 update to iOS users via the App Store, and the official changelog mentions numerous new features:

You may now arrange your conversations using a "unread" filter. Next to search, tap the new filter icon.

For more than two days, you may now "remove for everyone."

The group participant maximum has been raised to 512.

The maximum file size restriction has been raised to 2GB.

For a few seconds, you may now undo "delete for me."

The first four features were previously accessible in the last version, but WhatsApp is still listing them in the changelog so that users may try them out if they haven't already. The last feature mentioned in the changelog was already accessible to certain beta testers after installing the WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.18.0.70 upgrade, and it is now available to everyone due to the latest WhatsApp for iOS 22.19.75 App Store update!

As you can see in this image, when you use "delete for me," it is possible to recover messages that were deleted by mistake: in this situation, you have a few seconds to use "undo," and the deleted message is restored. This function comes in handy when you want to delete a message for everyone but accidentally hit "delete for me": this is why the snackbar does not appear when you delete a message for everyone.

The ability to recover messages that were accidentally deleted is now accessible to all users, so be sure to upgrade the app from the App Store to obtain the capability.
