Vivo X Fold S was the speculated moniker for the smartphone in earlier rumours, which a tipster just denied. The handset's specifications have also previously been rumoured. The foldable phone was reportedly discovered on the Chinese 3C certification database and benchmarking website Geekbench.
The Vivo X Fold+ is listed under the model number V2229A in the most recent list of Google Play supported devices. According to the listing, Vivo may soon announce its foldable phone. There are no details about the future phone's specifications in the list of Google Play compatible devices. The listing does, however, confirm the Vivo X Fold+ name, which has not yet received formal announcement.
The device was previously said to debut as the Vivo X Fold S. It was recently predicted by a tipster that it would launch as the Vivo X Fold+. The same tip source revealed certain foldable phone characteristics.
