The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G, which was introduced last month, has made its US debut. It is only available in one 4GB/64GB memory configuration and one color—black. The $300 unlocked model is available for purchase on the official Samsung website or at any of the company's Experience Stores located around the United States. Along with other merchants, AT&T, T-Mobile, and others will sell the smartphone.
The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC and runs Android 12-based One UI 4.1 out of the box. The 6.6" 120Hz FullHD+ LCD that powers it has a notch for the 8MP selfie camera. A quad camera arrangement on the back includes a 50MP primary camera (with OIS), a 5MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera.
A USB-C port on the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G can deliver up to 25W of power to its 5,000 mAh battery. In addition, it has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, a 3.5mm headphone socket, and a microSD card slot with a capacity of 1TB. Additionally, the smartphone has an NFC chip built in.
