Tecno unveiled the Camon 19 Pro in June during an event at New York's Rockefeller Center. It was initially available in two hues, but a third is now available as it makes its way to India.

The Tecno Camon 19 Pro has arrived. Mondrian was the first phone in Asia with a backlit display that changed colours. The design is inspired by the abstract works of Pier Mondrian, one of the twentieth century's most prominent artists.

Polychromatic photoisomer technology is used in the multi-color smartphone. It enables the monochromatic cover to reveal many hues under varied lighting conditions, echoing Mondrian's rejection of visually perceived reality as subject matter.

The broad lines and straight angles adhere to the artist's concept of limiting shapes to the rectangle.the most fundamental constituents, while various hues convey diverse meanings

The Camon 19 Pro design is simple - various rectangles exhibit varied blue and purple colours after being exposed to sunlight. The product is completed after "rigorous craftsmanship" of 22 phases and 500 testing iterations.

The design is completely different and one of the more exciting alternatives on the market, but the hardware remains largely unchanged - a Helio G96 chipset, 64MP primary camera with RGBW sensor, and a 50 MP 2x portrait camera. The shooters can also use EIS, OIS, and HDR.

Tecno's debut model in India is the Mondrian edition of this LTE-only Camon 19 Pro. The price is INR17,999, and pre-ordering will commence on Amazon on September 22.
