According to reports, OPPO is working on the Find X6 series of flagship phones. Based on prior release trends, the lineup will consist of two models: the Find X6 and the Find X6 Pro. Several fresh facts concerning the Find X6 series' display and chipset have emerged today.
According to Digital Chat Station, the Find X6 will support 1.5K display resolution, while the Find X6 Pro will support 2K resolution. According to previous rumours, the Find X6 series would be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU. However, another source claims that the SD8G2 will be found solely in the Pro model.
The vanilla variant is powered with the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor. Except for OPPO, practically all leading Chinese smartphone manufacturers have released flagship phones powered by the SD8+G1 processor. The business appears to have reserved it for the Find X6.
The Snapdragon 888 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipsets were used in the Find X5 and Find X5 Pro, respectively. While the X5 Pro used a new chip revealed in December 2021, the X5 used a chip introduced in December 2020. As a result, it is probable that OPPO will take a same strategy with the Find X6 chipsets.
Several Chinese smartphone manufacturers are anticipated to provide a1-inch camera sensor on their forthcoming flagship phones. Speculations are rife that the Find X6 series will also feature a 1-inch camera sensor. It will probably be available on the Pro model. At present, there is no word on the launch date of the Find X6. In all likelihood, it may debut in Q1 2023.
