He claims that the presence of 0.6 m pixels on a 1/1.3" sensor with an f/1.7 aperture up front in the upcoming 200MP camera is "100% confirmed."

These are distinct from the 200MP camera sensors that are currently available on the market, the ISOCELL HP1 or ISOCELL HP3 modules. Although the size of the HP1 is unknown, we do know that it is smaller than the HP3 at 1/1.4".

The Galaxy S23 Ultra will carry over the S22 Ultra's camera architecture and retain its existing 10MP periscope module. the predecessor which is actually two years old, as it initially appeared on the S21 Ultra. Other rumors suggest a 5,000mAh battery and a larger fingerprint scanner but there are still months until the official launch, so a lot of things could change until Samsung launches its 2023 flagships.
