The keyboard boasts a sturdy metallic backplate, a transparent, see-through chassis, and keycaps that match its backplate colour. The RS6 keyboard is 20% smaller than other regular full-sized keyboards on the market and is ergonomically engineered for best use and comfort. The portable keyboard has a 96-key layout and a multi-function volume knob that makes it simple to change the volume.the volume anytime you want. Other interesting features include the indicator lights for Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, and Num Lock that have been placed attractively above the Arrow Keys.

On the RS6, JamesDonkey uses high-end Gateron G pro mechanical switches. Gateron G Pro Brown and Gateron G Pro Red mechanical switches, which provide a smooth operation and exceptional durability, are used on the keyboard. The keyboard creates gentler typing noises thanks to many layers of EVA sound-absorbing cotton sandwiched between the positioning plate and PCB plate. This construction successfully minimises keystroke percussion. Additionally, it has a full RGB backlight with 16.8 million colour options and built-in lighting effects.

Both wired and wireless connections are supported by the RS6 mechanical keyboard's triple-connection modes. Devices running Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS can all connect to the keyboard. It enables wired USB Type-C connectivity, wireless Bluetooth connectivity, and high-speed wireless 2.4GHz connection. Through Bluetoothconnectivity, the RS6 can be connected to three devices simultaneously and users can quickly switch between them as and when required. The keyboard is fueled by a 5000mAh battery that gives it extended battery life.
