A 17.3-inch foldable OLED touchscreen with a 1,920x2,560 resolution, a 4:3 aspect ratio, and a response time of 0.2ms is featured on the laptop. The display, according to the manufacturer, is designed to provide a maximum brightness of 500 nits. Additionally, it offers 1.07 billion colours, 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, and an 87 percent screen-to-body ratio. There are 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 1TB SSD in the Asus Zenbook 17 Fold. A 12th generation Intel Core i7 CPU powers it.

The cost of the Asus Zenbook 17 Fold is $3,499 (roughly Rs. 2,78,300). According to Asus, the laptop will be accessible worldwide in the fourth quarter of this year. It will only be offered in the Tech Black colour. Plans to introduce the Zenbook 17 Fold in India have not yet been made public by Asus.

When folded, the display shrinks to 12.5 inches with a resolution of 1,280 by 1,920 pixels and a 3:2 aspect ratio.
The new Asus laptop is equipped with an Intel Iris Xe GPU and a 12th Gen Core i7 processor. The Zenbook 17 Fold comes with a 1TB SSD and 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM for internal storage. A 3.5mm combo audio jack and two Thunderbolt 4 ports are included. Added to that is a touchpad. It has a 5-megapixel AI camera with 3D noise reduction and an IR feature for optics. It has a quad speaker system with Dolby Atmos sound that has been approved by Harman Kardon. Additionally, a built-in microphone that supports Alexa and Cortana speech assistants is there.
The 75Whr battery within the Asus Zenbook 17 Fold is said to provide up to 9.5 hours of battery life when the screen is folded and 8.5 hours of battery life when the screen is unfolded. It also comes with a 64W USB Type-C power adaptor. The laptop's folded dimensions are 378.5 x 287.6 x 8.7mm, while its unfolded dimensions are 287.6 x 189.3 x 17.4mm. According to the manufacturer, the laptop weights roughly 1.5kg without the Bluetooth keyboard and touchpad from Asus ErgoSense and 1.8kg with them.
