Google has dominated the internet by hyping the upcoming MadeByGoogle event while the entire world is focused on Apple's "Far Out" presentation. The Google Pixel 7 and the Pixel Watch, the company's first wearable, will be unveiled during an event on October 6th, the company confirmed through Twitter.

Google Pixel 7 Gets A Release Date A video previewing the new products as well as some already available ones, such the Pixel Buds Pro, was posted on Google's Twitter account to tease the event. A tweet is posted. "It's all coming together" emphasises the expanding range of Pixel family products. Additionally, it was suggested that the Pixel family would soon receive a tablet and a premium smartwatch.

This official date corresponds with earlier sources that said the Pixel 7 series (Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro) would be released immediately after the event and go for pre-order. The rumour also claimed that select markets would begin selling the Google flagship on October 13. Although there was no definite information regarding the Pixel Watch's launch date, current reports indicate that it will be released at the same time as smartphones.

Google has kept quiet regarding the software despite teasing the processor that would power its forthcoming flagship devices. Only the hardware's exterior was seen in the teaser trailer. Security is mentioned, which can allude to the planned face unlock functionality or to general security upgrades.
