Is your Xiaomi smartphone's loudness unusually soft? Perhaps you should utilise a secret function in MIUI to clean your speakers and remove any particles that may have become lodged within. I'll show you how in this quick lesson.
In literal terms, this feature entails having your Xiaomi smartphone play a loud enough sound to clear what is now clogging its speakers. In short, the smartphone causes the speakers to spit.
Xiaomi, Redmi, and Poco smartphones are expected to support speaker cleaning. But I can't locate it on my Poco F4 GT or Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G with the new MIUI 13 upgrade. However, the function is still there on my Xiaomi 12X. Anyway, it's simply a somewhat more modernised form of blowing the crevices in your old video game cartridges.
How to "clean" your Xiaomi smartphone's speakers
Navigate to the Settings menu.
Navigate to Additional settings.
Turn on the Clean Speaker slider.
The cleaning procedure takes 30 seconds, and the sound is similar to that of an alarm siren. Xiaomi recommends repeating the process 2 to 5 times, depending on how filthy the speaker is. Personally, I don't think this alternative is very successful, but who knows? Perhaps the placebo effect is worthwhile (or perhaps I'm mistaken).
What do you think of this MIUI function for cleaning your Xiaomi smartphone's speakers? Have you already looked into it? Was it effective for you?
