Honor revealed its new Dual Flagship plan today at IFA 2022; to put it simply, Honor is launching its foldable phones abroad. Additionally, the business touted the impending MagicOS 7.0, which intends to link smartphones, PCs, and IoT devices together because it is "Embracing the Connected Future."

Let's review the recent launches before moving on to the other significant new announcements. Currently, a few European markets offer the Honor 70. You may get an 8/128GB unit in the UK for £480, which can be paid in three payments of £160 each. The 8/128GB model will cost €550 and the 8/256GB variant €600 on the continent of Europe. We have an Honor 70 review to know all about it.

The Honor Pad 8 has also just gone on sale. The 12" tablet will be offered in a number of European markets. One (4/128GB) costs £250 in the UK (or three times £83.33), while a 6/128GB model costs €350 on the continent.

The business is also updating its 14-inch, Intel-powered laptop. The new Honor MagicBook 14 comes with an Intel Core i5-12500H processor from the 12th generation and has the option of an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 GPU. The OS Turbo feature, which increases energy efficiency by over 20%, is exclusive to this Honor laptop. This indicates that 17 hours of standby time can be achieved using a 75Wh battery. Additionally, quick charging allows for a 15-minute charge to result in 3.5 hours of uptime.

In a few European areas, pre-orders for the new MagicBook 14 with Intel processors began today. The i5 version's base price is €1,099, and €1,299 when the RTX 2050 discrete GPU is added. Open sales and deliveries start on September 18. Though it hasn't yet arrived in Europe, Honor also has a new MagicBook 14 with a Ryzen 6000 processor.

Additionally, Honor today unveiled Spatial Audio, a headphone solution for upcoming AR and VR experiences that tracks your head using gyroscopes and accelerometers to produce an immersive 3D sound stage. Virtual sound sources can be placed as close as 15 cm (6 inches) and as far away as 10 m using Spatial Audio (33ft). In addition to AR and VR, this technology can be applied to movies, music, and video games.

By the way, Honor worked with Arloopa to challenge two renowned artists – Yunuene and Timo Helgert – to create an on-location AR experience in Hamburg’s Speicherstadt (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) centered on the iconic Wasserschloss building.
