Google has released a significant upgrade to its Photos app, dubbed the "largest update for Memories since the feature's launch in 2020." Google notes that Memories is quite popular, with around 3.5 billion views each month.
Memories have been updated to make them more lively. A strong emphasis has been placed on videos, and Photos will now show you samples of lengthier videos. Memories' still photos are now more immersive owing to automated gentle zooming in and out. You may also share a Memory with another Photos user now. The ability to share a Memory through a Web link and to iOS is on the way.
Google points out that you may still select to exclude images of specific persons or times.
