On behalf of the publishers harmed by Google's alleged activities, Geradin Partners made the following statement.

According to a Google spokeswoman, "the complaint is speculative and opportunistic," and the business intends to "defend it fiercely."


The UK action will seek compensation for site owners that have banner adverts on their websites, including conventional publishers. Meanwhile, any impacted publishers can file a claim in the Netherlands.
