Getting ready for the next holiday season is Flipkart. The Big Billion Day sale has already been announced by the corporation. In preparation for the sale, Flipkart updated its mobile application. To improve the experience of customers, the company has introduced a few additional sections and functions to the app. This is the Flipkart app's second significant update of the year. Flipkart increased the prominence of the groceries area on its home page earlier this year. The business separated Flipkart and Grocery into separate areas on the app's home page.
The Flipkart app now includes the following four new features.
Finding what you're seeking for through sharing photos
By sharing an image, the image search attempts to assist customers in finding the products of their choosing.
Customers only need to hit the "Camera" option on the app to upload a screenshot of the outfit or item they're looking for. The search engine will then look for products that are same or similar.
Try a product virtually before purchasing it.
A brand-new "Try On" function that Flipkart has launched enables customers to digitally test a product before making a purchase. The option can be found in the image gallery's bottom right corner. After granting users access to the gallery and camera, they can choose between a "Live" Try-On orby uploading a selfie to see how a product would look on them virtually, as well as save the image to share across other apps. It enables users to virtually try on beauty products.
