In Indonesia, the Vivo Y22 has gained official status. In the upcoming days, it is anticipated to be distributed in other Asian markets, including India. A poster of the Vivo Y22 posted by Indian vendor Mahesh Telecom hints that the device would soon be released there. The most important smartphone characteristics are mentioned in the poster. Additionally, it discusses the rebate promotion that Y22 purchasers will have access to.

A 50-megapixel main camera and a dual-camera arrangement can be seen on the Vivo. It seems that the primary camera will be enhanced to provide a better photographic experience in low light. A 5,000mAh battery powers it.

A Rs 1,000 ($12) cashback on credit card and credit card EMI purchases with SBI Bank, Kotak Bank, and OneCard is mentioned on the ad as an option for Y22 purchasers. By the end of September, the cashback offer will be available, which means that India will soon be able to take advantage of it.

Vivo Y22 technical data

The 6.55-inch IPS LCD screen on the Vivo Y22 features a teardrop notch. It features a 90Hz refresh rate and HD+ resolution. The Helio G85 processor, up to 6 GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging capabilities power the device.

A 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera are featured on the Y22. It has an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The item costs IDR 2,399,000 ($161) in Indonesia, indicating that it might cost roughly Rs 12,000 there.

In Indonesia, the Y22 is offered in hues like Metaverse Green, Summer Cyan, and Starlit Blue. The fact that the above-described poster only features the blue and green variations suggests that the Cyan model might not be made available in India.
