Apple's decision to cease including a power adaptor with the purchase of new iPhones has resulted in the corporation facing a sizable fine from Brazil's Ministry of Justice. The Ministry of Justice also fined Apple R$ 12.275 million ($2.34 million), and ordered Apple to stop selling any iPhone models without a power adapter.

In response to the restrictions and the penalty, Apple released a statement. It promised to do its best to allay the worries of the National Consumer Secretary (SENACON), a division of the Ministry of Justice that made the decision on the fine.

The penalty won't take effect right away, but if the Ministry can prove that Apple got around the sales prohibition, it plans to impose it.

The Ministry claims that Apple is selling an unfinished product by excluding the charge adaptor, which is the basis for the fine and ban. Additionally, it has been stated that Apple hasn't demonstrated any purported environmental benefits that it utilised to support its decision.
