According to 9to5Mac, Apple has issued the iOS 16.0.1 update for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro devices mere days after the introduction of iOS 16 on Monday, September 12. According to the release notes for iOS 16.0.1, the update provides solutions for difficulties with activation and migration of the new iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro. The update is said to solve issues with images looking soft when zoomed in landscape mode on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. It is also claimed that the new version would solve problems that hinder enterprise single sign-on apps from authenticating.


The most recent update may be available for installation while configuring the new iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro models.

On Wednesday, Apple published iOS 16.1 beta 1 for iPhone, which included minor upgrades to existing functionality. The update adds a battery % indication to the status bar of all iPhone models and allows users to uninstall the Apple Wallet app. The update brings Matter smart home accessory compatibility as well as a Clean Energy Charging option. It is already available to registered users, and a stable update may be available next month.

The iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max will be available beginning September 16. The iPhone 14 Plus, on the other hand, will be available on October 7.
