AnTuTu Scores for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max Indicate a 19% Improvement Over Predecessors

 The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max AnTuTu scores have been disclosed, and they indicate that the phones have a 19% improvement in overall performance over their predecessors, the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. The two handsets of the current Apple flagship that are powered by the A16 Bionic SoC are the Pro variants. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, on the other hand, use last year's A15 Bionic processor with a slightly quicker GPU.

The iPhone 14 Pro got 9,78,147 points while the iPhone 14 Pro Max earned 9,72,936 points, according to AnTuTu statistics posted by the benchmarking platform on Weibo. According to the platform, both are top-of-the-line devices with 6GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. These results equate to an 18.8 percent improvement in total performance.

The CPU performance of the iPhone 14 Pro was 2,46,572 points, while the GPU performance was 4,08,723 points. Similarly, the CPU performance of the iPhone 14 Pro Max was 2,41,999 points and the GPU performance was 4,03,717 points. According to the platform, CPU performance has grown by 17%, while GPU performance has increased by 28%, which may be the largest GPU performance growth in recent years.

Apple said at the 'Far Out' launch event that its new A16 Bionic SoC includes two high-performance cores and four high-efficiency cores. The new 6-core CPU is said to be up to 40% quicker than competitors. The A16 Bionic SoC also has a 5-core accelerated GPU with a claimed 50% increase in memory bandwidth.


A new 16-core Neural Engine has been developed that is reported to be capable of doing almost 17 trillion operations per second. According to Apple, the CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, and image signal processor all work together to support the new camera technology and do up to 4 trillion operations every shot.

According to AnTuTu, the iPad Pro 5 (12.9-inch) gets the highest score of 12,04,920 in the iOS list, followed by the iPad Pro 5 (11-inch) and iPad Air 5. The ROG Phone 6 with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC gets the highest Android score of 11,10,172, making it the most powerful smartphone on the AnTuTu list.
