The camera on a popular Redmi phone has crashed after receiving the MIUI 13 update: the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max! Xiaomi launches new goods all across the world, from Asia to Europe. Without a doubt, it is a smartphone brand that has grown fast in recent years.
Because Xiaomi distributes its goods in a variety of markets under many brands, ensuring product quality may be more challenging. It should be noted that the "Redmi Note 10 Pro Max" is the Indian version of the "Redmi Note 10 Pro." Although the specs of the two smartphones are identical, it appears that the camera issue is more serious in the Indian variant.
Redmi India has said that they are aware of the problem and would fix affected handsets at no additional cost. Redmi India has issued a statement via its Twitter account.
"Consumers are at the core of everything we do at Xiaomi India." We are aware of the camera difficulties that some of our Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max users are experiencing. We would like to invite impacted consumers to any of the 2000+ Xiaomi Authorized service locations. At no extra charge, our service professionals will provide extensive technical assistance and repairs. We apologise for any trouble this has caused our users. We are devoted to exceeding our users' expectations by providing a user-centric experience."
Affected users may see fuzzy images in the camera app or an error message stating "Can't connect to camera." The camera is also inoperable with third-party apps. While it's wonderful that Xiaomi provides free repairs, folks who have this issue with their Redmi Note 10 Pro and reside in a place where Xiaomi is not officially accessible may find it quite inconvenient.
