The newest model in Vivo's Y-series was covertly unveiled in China as the Y77e 5G. The MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC powers the new smartphone, which has a waterdrop-style notch display with a 60Hz refresh rate. Dual rear cameras on the Vivo Y77e 5G are highlighted by a 13-megapixel primary sensor. It has up to 256GB of internal storage and up to 8GB of RAM. A 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W flash charging powers the Vivo Y77e 5G.




Price and availability for the Vivo Y77e 5G

The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of the Vivo Y77e 5G costs CNY 1,699 (about Rs. 20,000) in China. Additionally, the phone is available in top-tier 8GB and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage configurations.  RAM + 256GB storage model. But the prices of these variants are not revealed by Vivo yet. It is offered in Crystal Black, Crystal Powder, and Summer Listening to the Sea (translated) colour options. There is no information on its launch and availability in other markets including India as of now.

Specifications for the Vivo Y77e 5G

The OriginOS-based dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo Y77e 5G runs Android 12. It has a 6.58-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,408 pixels) display with a refresh rate of 60Hz, a screen-to-body ratio of 90.61 percent, and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. An octa-core 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, a Mali G57 GPU, and up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM are found within.

The Vivo Y77e 5G has two rear cameras, one with a dual 13-megapixel primary sensor and f/2.2 lens and the other with a 2-megapixel macro sensor and f/2.4 lens. It boasts an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 lens for selfies and video calls. Super HDR, multilayer portrait, slow-motion, panorama, live photo, and super night mode are all supported by the camera unit.

Up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage are provided for the Vivo Y77e 5G, and additional space can be added with a microSD card (up to 1TB). The new smartphone has WLAN, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, Glonass, OTG, and a USB Type-C port as connectivity options. An accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, and proximity sensor are among the sensors on board. The phone also supports face unlock for authentication and has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.



On the Vivo Y77e 5G, Vivo has included a 5,000mAh battery that enables 18W flash charging. According to claims, the battery may provide up to 25 days of standby life on a single charge. Additionally, the phone weighs about 194 grammes and has dimensions of 164x75x8.25mm.
