According to rumours, the Apple iPad 10th generation may have Touch ID in the power button rather than the home button. The forthcoming iPad may have flat sides, according to earlier this month's leaked CAD blueprints of the tablet. According to a recent claim, the iPad 10's Touch ID may be identical to that of the sixth-generation iPad Mini, which has an integrated Touch ID sensor and the top button. Additionally, according to a recent source, the Cupertino-based tech giant will introduce new iPad models at a separate event in October of this year. In the rumoured launch event, an entry-level iPad and iPad Pro powered by the M2 Apple silicon chip are likely to become official.

The forthcoming iPad from Apple may reportedly have a Touch ID in the power button rather than the home button, according to a recent claim from Macotakara. The report also mentioned that the iPad 10's Touch ID might be the same as the iPad mini's (6th generation) Touch ID sensor that is built into the top button.

As was already established, MySmartPrice allegedly leaked the CAD blueprints for Apple's next tablet. According to the renders, the iPad 10's broad forehead and chin bezels will remain a part of its overall design. The tablet's sides appeared to be flattened, which seemed to be the difference in design.

A new camera arrangement design was alluded to in the mockups on the rear of the forthcoming iPad. It appeared as though the camera setup was elevated in a protruding module.

Recall that a recent report said that Apple would introduce new iPad models at a separate event perhaps in October of this year. In the rumoured launch event, an entry-level iPad and iPad Pro powered by the M2 Apple silicon chip are likely to become official. As previously announced, the 10th generation iPad is expected to be thinner. It is rumoured to have the same square shape and flat bezel as the iPad mini. According to reports, the screen is bigger than the ones on earlier iPad versions.
