Google recently made the Android 13 OS upgrade available. The most recent Android update is the first to reach the Pixel phones. It will be made available on handsets from Asus, HMD Global, iQOO, Motorola, OPPO, Realme, Samsung, Sharp, Tecno, Vivo, and Xiaomi, according to the business. Owners of the Pixel 6a, Pixel 6, and Pixel 2 after they switched to Android 13 6 Pro will not be able to roll back to Android 12. On the official factory images page for Pixel devices, there is no mention of the anti-rollback for other Android 13 eligible Pixel devices.
A more improved version of the Material You theme is available in Android 13. Users can alter non-Google apps to match the phone's colours and wallpaper theme. Users can designate particular languages for different apps.
It includes a modernised media player whose appearance and feel change depending on what is being played. New features like a dark theme and dimming wallpaper are now available in the Bedtime mode. The user's consent is required before any newly installed apps on the device can deliver notifications. Before, it let freshly installed programmes to automatically deliver notifications. Spatial Audio is now supported on headphones that are compatible by Android 13. It includes Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Audio compatibility.
