Version 22H2, the following significant Windows 11 update, may be released by Microsoft next month. The IT giant Wednesday began sending out a preview build 25182 of Windows 11 in advance of it. Version 2022.2207.29.0 of the upgraded Camera app, which adds native Arm64 functionality and a new privacy option, is included with the update. With the most recent version, the camera can recognise how the privacy shutter is functioning on supported devices. If the camera is not available or anything is disabling the Webcam, this can detect it and alert the user. The Microsoft Store app has been improved, and the build also addresses known bugs.

The Microsoft revealed on Wednesday that Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25182 was now available on the Dev Channel. Microsoft detailed the updates to the most recent version in the blog article. The most major upgrade provides native Arm64 support and a new privacy option to the Camera app.

The Camera app can now recognise the status of the privacy shutter on supported hardware, such as the Microsoft Modern Webcam or comparable devices, with the release of version 2022.2207.29.0. The Camera app will alert the user and provide advice if the shutter is blocking the view or the laptop lid is closed. According to Microsoft, the camera software has been improved on Arm64 devices in its most recent iteration.

Additionally, the Microsoft shop update now includes screenshots in search results for a better browsing experience. Users may now install games directly from the Microsoft Store app without moving between apps thanks to a recent upgrade.

Microsoft has solved a known crash that can prevent apps from launching from the Start menu with the most recent release. Similar to this, after entering into the PC, the camera light on some laptops would become stuck. Microsoft has resolved this issue with the updated release. The update also fixed multiple issues with File Explorer, including tab management, as well as bugs that could occur when opening and copying files from network locations.

Additionally, Microsoft has established a deadline for Build 25182. On September 15 of this year, the firm will stop providing support for this version.
