The upper mid-range Motorola Edge (2022) phone has been unveiled in the US by Motorola. It has arrived as the Motorola Edge's replacement (2021). The Dimensity 1050 chipset was initially used in a phone, The Edge (2022). The Motorola Edge (2022) has a 6.6-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz on the front. It works with 10-bit. colours and HDR10+. Unlike the model before it, which had a fingerprint scanner on the side, the Edge (2022) has a sensor under the screen.
The Edge (2022) has a 32-megapixel front camera for taking selfies. A 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS capability is located on its rear panel. It comes with an ultra-wide lens with 13 megapixels that also functions as a macro camera. Added to the back camera system is a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Supported RAM for the Dimensity 1050 SoC is 6 GB or 8 GB. The gadget runs Android 12 with My UX on top and has built-in storage of 128 GB or 256 GB. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports both 15W wireless charging and 30W TurboPower charging.
Other features of The Edge (2022) include dual stereo speakers that enable Dolby Atmos, a USB-C connector, 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and NFC. Both a conventional SIM slot and an e-SIM are present. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack on the gadget. It supports Motorola's Ready For functionality, which enables users to connect to a larger display for an experience similar to a PC.
