According to reports, the Vivo X Fold S is an improved model of the Vivo X Fold that uses the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. In April of this year, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC-powered Vivo X Fold was unveiled. It has a 4,600mAh dual-cell battery that enables 66W fast wired charging, quad rear cameras, and Zeiss optics.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and 12GB LPDDR5 RAM are the phone's standard power sources.

The Vivo X Fold has four cameras on its back: a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 12-megapixel portrait sensor, and an 8-megapixel periscope-style super telephoto camera. A 16-megapixel selfie camera is also included. The phone includes a 4,600mAh dual-cell battery that supports 50W wireless charging and 66W rapid cable charging, and it offers up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
