 Most people want to work for corporations like Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Microsoft. The high compensation, employment security, and reputation are some of the things that draw job applicants. Even the big internet businesses, like Google, Facebook, Amazon, and others, have not had the best of recent times. The businesses have stopped hiring, and some of them have even fired workers. Additionally, there are factors like recession, inflation, the ongoing Ukraine war, and the lingering pandemic that have a significant impact on businesses' decisions to postpone hiring and fire employees



Microsoft announced a few days ago that it was closing numerous positions, whilst Google announced that it was halting hiring for at least the next two weeks. Amazon is also having problems with overstaffing, and Meta has reduced its hiring intentions by over 30%.

Google has stopped hiring for more than a fortnight. The business declared that it would stop hiring in order to encourage current staff to work harder and more efficiently.
