Motorized pop-up camera and the Xiaomi Mi 9T/Pro.
The Mi 9T and Pro were excellent gadgets. However, these were the worst Xiaomi phones, consistently failing. Their motorised pop-up cameras almost achieve a 100% screen-to-body ratio on the display. However, there is a serious flaw in those gadgets. Even if the prompt is given, the pop-up camera on the Mi 9T/Pro will not open again if it has a problem with dust getting inside. Chronic Issues with Xiaomi Phones: Conclusion
Xiaomi has come a long way, despite its ongoing setbacks. They continue to produce excellent products, much as the Xiaomi 12S series. Xiaomi is raising the bar for quality with the cooperation of Leica in camera hardware. Additionally, Redmi is competing with Xiaomi to improve the quality of its price/performance products.
