Review of the OnePlus Nord 2T: Solid Device, Poor Software

In Europe, the OnePlus Nord 2T became available as of late May. Early in July, it made its debut in India. The phone is positioned as an improved iteration of the OnePlus Nord 2, which was made available in July 2021.

According to the specs, the OnePlus Nord 2T has a new CPU, support for quicker charging speeds, and an updated look. However, the majority of its other characteristics are mostly unchanged from its predecessor.

It is also the only OnePlus phone in its price range because the company no longer sells the OnePlus Nord 2. Therefore, despite having minimal changes, the question of whether this phone is still worthwhile to purchase in 2022 arises.

In my review, I make an effort to explain if you should buy this item.

Reviewed OnePlus Nord 2T

Disclosure: I used a OnePlus Nord 2T (8GB + 128GB) that was lent to me by OnePlus India for the purposes of this review. The brand had no editorial involvement or early look; the views expressed here are solely mine.

Since the OnePlus Nord 2T has been on the market for months, I have done my best to make this review as straightforward as I can. There are two sections in the review: Pros and Cons. They are referred to as "The Good" and "The Not So Good" by me.

After the first two sections, there will be a section called "Conclusion" that includes my last observations.

Let's get started with the review now that that is out of the way.

OnePlus Nord 2T: A Solid Model

The OnePlus Nord 2T's appearance and feel in the hand are far superior to what is depicted in the official renders. I have the glossy back finish in the Jade Fog colour option. The rear of the Gray Shadow variant is matte in texture. In either scenario, the shiny plastic frame will quickly deteriorate if the smartphone is used without a protection.
