Realme has announced the Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 open beta programme for the Realme X3 in India, which launched in June 2020 with Realme UI based on Android 10. Those who want to test out Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 on their X3 can apply for it by navigating to Settings > Software Update on their smartphone, selecting Trial version > Apply Now, and entering the required details. You will receive Realme UI 3.0 if your application is accepted.

It's best to avoid using this beta build on your primary device because it may contain bugs that have a detrimental impact on the user experience because it is still in the testing phase. Make sure your X3 is running firmware version RMX2081 11.C.13 or 11.C.14, has at least 60% battery life, and has 5GB of free storage before you install the open beta update.
