According to reports, Redmi is getting ready to introduce the new Redmi A1 to both the international and Indian markets soon. A Redmi A1 with the model number 220733SG has recently surfaced on Indonesia's TKDN website. The gadget had previously been seen on numerous certification websites, including BIS India, the FCC, and Geekbench. It's anticipated to debut as a budget smartphone with a MediaTek Helio A22 CPU.


A Redmi A series smartphone with the model number 220733SG has reportedly been detected on the TKDN certification website, according to a recent Tweet by renowned tipster Mukul Sharma. The Redmi A1 smartphone is rumoured to have that model number and will reportedly launch soon in markets around the world, including India.


As previously indicated, the device has also been discovered on the websites of the FCC, BIS India, and Geekbench, disclosing some of its major specifications. The MediaTek Helio A22 chipset with with 3GB of RAM are most likely to power it. The Redmi A1 will ship with an operating system based on Android-12.


Additionally, it is claimed to be approximately 76.56mm wide and 164.67mm long. Bluetooth and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity may be supported.


Additionally, according to the BIS India listing, the Redmi A1 smartphone may be sold under the Poco name in India. The device's launch date and other specifics remain unknown. However, based on the specifications, it will be a low-end smartphone that costs less than $150.
