Two forthcoming lower-midrange 5G smartphones from Samsung are scheduled for the international market. These are the Galaxy A13 5G and Galaxy A23 5G from Samsung. Specifications, cost, and the launch date of the Galaxy A23 5G have already been made official for Taiwan. The company has since made the same information also available for the Galaxy A13 5G.
Price & Availability of the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G
Samsung has disclosed that the Galaxy A13 5G will go on sale in Taiwan on September 1. The initial pricing of the gadget will be NTD 6,990 (about $232) for the base 4GB + 64GB configuration. The 4GB + 128GB version costs NTD 7,990, or around $645. It will debut in the shades of Black, Blue, and White.
Specifications for the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G
The 6.5-inch LCD screen of the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G has HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The phone sports a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock.
A Mali G57 GPU and a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC make up the smartphone's internal hardware. In addition to the processor, there is up to 128GB of storage space and 4GB of RAM. The smartphone is powered by a sizable 5,000mAh battery pack that enables 15W rapid charging.
A 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth lens make up the device's triple camera arrangement on the rear. There is a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
The smartphone is 164.5 x 76.5 x 8.8 in size.mm and supports Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, etc. The phone also features a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port.
