The Reno 8 series of smartphones by OPPO has made its appearance on the international scene. The Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro (known as the Reno 8 Pro+ in China) are the two models in the series. The OPPO Reno 8Z 5G, which has already been spotted on the certification sites of the NCC, NBTC, and Indonesia Telecom, will also be released by the company.

The smartphone has now been discovered by MySmartPrice in the Geekbench database. So let's look at its performance and specifications.

The model number CPH2457 of the upcoming OPPO Reno 8Z 5G may be seen in the Geekbench listing. It boasts an octa-core processor with two 2.21GHz cores and six clocked at 2.66GHz. It is very obvious that this is the Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, which is the same one seen in the OPPO Reno Z 5G, because it is paired with the Adreno 619 GPU.

The ad also shows that the device runs an Android 12-based operating system and has 8GB of RAM (likely the ColorOS 12.1). According to the Geekbench 5 benchmark results, the smartphone receives scores of 687 on the single-core test and 1920 on the multi-core test.
