This Wednesday, July 27, Huawei is preparing for a significant launch event when the company will introduce many ground-breaking consumer electronics goods for the Chinese market. Huawei has revealed that it will be releasing its most recent 11-inch Huawei MatePad Pro 2022 tablet computer for productive use, a brand-new Huawei Watch 3 Pro for 2022, and its most recent HarmonyOS 3.0 operating system.
The Huawei Enjoy 50 Pro is the rumoured new smartphone that Huawei may also be releasing at the launch event on July 27th, according to a recent report on Chinese social media.
According to the rumour, the Huawei Enjoy 50 Pro's features and appearance are exactly the same as those of the Huawei Nova Y90, an entry-level smartphone that Huawei previously put on the world market. And this makes us think that the Huawei Enjoy 50 Pro is simply the Huawei Nova Y90 with a different moniker for the Chinese market.
The Huawei Nova Y90 was released last month and is already available for purchase in many nations, including Malaysia, at RM999 (about US$ 225).
The Huawei Nova Y90 has a front-centered 6.7-inch IPS LCD display as one of its specifications. It provides a 1080 x 2388 pixel screen resolution, a refresh rate of 90 Hz, and a touch sampling rate.
A 50 MP main camera, a 2 MP macro lens, and a 2 MP depth sensor with an LED flash are all arranged in a circle on the back of the Huawei Nova Y90. The gadget sports an 8 MP front-facing camera for taking selfies.
The Huawei Nova Y90 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC. The system comes with 128 GB of internal storage and 8 GB of RAM. It has a 5,000mAh battery that Huawei designed to support 40W wired fast charging.
Last but not least, the Huawei Nova Y90 is powered by Android 12 with EMUI 12. But anticipate HarmonyOS 3 on the renamed Huawei Enjoy 50 Pro for the Chinese market.
