Around the middle of April of this year, the 65-inch OPPO K9x smart TV was introduced by the Chinese tech company OPPO. The smart TV has a reasonable starting price of 2199 yuan, or around $325. There are currently hints that a smaller-sized smart TV will be released tomorrow (August 10). The K9x 50-inch version's base price, as disclosed in the company's pricing information, is 1299 yuan ($192).

According to the official information posted on Weibo, the OPPO K9x 50-inch variant will have identical specifications to the 65-inch version with the size being the only visible difference.

Recall that the 4k LCD panel on the OPPO K9x smart TV has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The TV is capable of a 60Hz frame rate, 1 billion colours, a 70% NTSC colour gamut, 280 nits of brightness, and delta E2.

The smart TV is powered by a quad-core MediaTek CPU with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The chipset is able to enable dual-band Wi-Fi. The TV also comes with two in-built speakers with a 20W power rating. It features Dolby sound compatibility and can be used as screen sound.

OPPO K9x, on the other hand, boasts a display-level colour accuracy in the same ballpark as flagship smart TVs, offers frame-by-frame improvement of image quality in all scenarios, and has a self-developed AI PQ algorithm.

There are no boot commercials on the K9x smart TV, which uses the most recent version of ColorOS TV, which is one of its primary benefits. The result is that it boots up swiftly and with little waiting. The operating system also makes it possible to simultaneously project screens from up to four mobile phones, a tablet, and mobile phones. Mobile phone call alerts won't be displayed on the TV in order to protect user security and privacy. OPPO K9x, smart TV

Also included in the TV is a children’s mode that supports TV online classes, kid-only programming, kid-friendly settings, and built-in AI fitness personal instruction.
