Here is the trailer and release date for Plan A Plan B. Riteish Deshmukh and Tamannaah Bhatia's Indian romantic comedy will debut on Netflix on September 30 in all regions, the streaming service announced on Monday at an event in Mumbai. Deshmukh plays the cynical and successful divorce lawyer Kaustubh Chougule in Plan A Plan B, while Bhatia plays the sincere matchmaker Nirali Vora who thinks marriage is for everyone—except for herself. Their tense conflict is made more difficult when she moves into the office next to his. Can opposites even get along, much less attract? In the teaser trailer for Plan A, Plan B, Kaustubh (Deshmukh) sums up their conflict by saying, "You make singles into couples, I turn them back into singles."
Actress-turned-politician Poonam Dhillon and Kusha Kapila are featured in Plan A Plan B in addition to Deshmukh (Housefull 4) and Bhatia (KGF, Baahubali) (Ghost Stories). Plan A Plan B is directed by Shashanka Ghosh, who previously helmed the dreadful comedy picture House Arrest, starring Ali Fazal and Shriya Pilgaonkar, which was also available on Netflix. Along with Trilok Malhotra and K R Harish, newcomer Rajat Arora is the screenwriter and producer for the film. India Stories Media & Entertainment and Funk Your Blues Entertainment are the producers of Plan A Plan B.
The release of Ghosh's most recent movie was initially revealed at Netflix's virtual worldwide Tudum event in September. It is now one of five Indian Netflix originals scheduled for release in September, along with the second season of the reality TV series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives on September 2 and the films Jogi, starring Diljit Dosanjh, on September 16 and the second season of the crime series Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega, with Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey, Seema Kiran Sajdeh, and Neelam Kothari Soni
On September 30, Plan A Plan B will be available on Netflix in India and other countries.
