The firmware version for the Realme UI 3.0 upgrade for the Realme 8 5G is RMX3241 11.C.03, whereas the firmware version for the update for the Narzo 30 5G is RMX3242 11.C.03. Your 8 5G should be running firmware with version RMX3241 11.A.16 and the Narzo 30 5G should be running RMX3242 11.A.16 in order to acquire Realme UI 3.0, though.
