On August 2 in China, Motorola will have an event where the Moto X30 Pro (Motorola Frontier, also known as the Moto Edge 30 Ultra for the international market) and the foldable Moto Razr 2022 will be announced. Before that, the company published a teaser on Weibo that reveals the Moto X30 Pro's appearance and choice of black colour.
This Motorola phone will be the first smartphone in the world to have a triple rear camera setup, with a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP secondary camera, and a 12MP third camera, thanks to its 200MP camera. A sample shot from the Moto X30 Pro's 200MP camera was earlier made public by the company's general manager Chen Jin, who also confirmed the presence of a 1/1.22-inch sensor.
The Moto X30 Pro has a triple rear camera setup, an LED flash, and a square camera island. The Motorola logo is located on the curved back panel. It has a curved display with a selfie camera in the centre of the front. The power button is located on the right side, next to the volume rocker.
The Moto X30 Pro's 6.73-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display has a 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is driven by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and has a 4,500mAh battery with 125W charging capability. It comes pre-loaded with MyUX based on Android 12 and has 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM.
