MediaTek's Dimensity 9000+ SoC is rumoured to power the iQoo Neo Series phone, which could debut as the iQoo Neo 7 when it does.

According to a tip, the iQoo Neo series may launch a new smartphone using a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC. The phone is expected to have features comparable to those of the iQoo 10, which was introduced in China in July of this year. According to a report, the rumoured smartphone may debut in China under the name iQoo Neo 7. The tipper has already provided some of the rumoured phone's specifications. It is anticipated to have a 120Hz refresh rate OLED display.



Weibo user Digital Chat Station has revealed that the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC may power an iQoo Neo series smartphone. The informant claimed that the rumoured iQoo Neo series smartphone might have specs similar to the iQoo 10, which was released in 2016.  launched in China in July.


The rumoured handset is expected to launch with the iQoo Neo 7 moniker in China, as per a report by Gizmochina. In an earlier post, the tipster had shared some specifications of the rumoured iQoo Neo 7 smartphone.

The tipster claims that the iQoo Neo series smartphone would have an OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also said to include a sizable battery that supports dual-core flash charging. The other specs could be comparable to iQoo 10. We may anticipate a 6.78-inch display with full-HD+ resolution on the rumoured iQoo Neo 7. The device is rumoured to include a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC rather than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC that drives the iQoo 10.
